PROFESSIONAL *******!!!!! Bogus claims when returning vehicle.
These people are professional *******!!!!! They will go to any lengths to not pay back your deposit. Just like other bad reviews here on HP, they point out small scratches underneath the front bumper..........really!!!!! They then charge you for the bumper repair and charge a R900 admin document fee for the claim. Effectively making sure that they don't pay back any deposit. All the time hiding behind the rental agreement. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! PROFESSIONAL *******!!!!!

Poor service, poor workmanship and complete ripoff!!
Good morning to all! Just wanted to share the terrible experience we had with Centre Quartz Jewellers in Heathway Centre. These people are thieves, do not deal with them unless you want to be ripped off! We took my wife’s diamond encrusted gold wedding ring there for repair as the bridge had broken, we also handed over two gold bracelets to be used for the repair. The combined weight of the ring and bracelets was 11 grams. After many return visits due to very poor workmanship on the ring, we eventually collected the ring. It weighed just 2.9grams. They refuse to return the gold bracelets (probably sold them) and after very rude and threatening emails, the owner Geoffrey said we must give them the ring back (minus the 8 small encrusted diamonds) and they will give us back a lump of gold that will weigh 11grams!! Really!!! Hand back my wife’s wedding ring which is actually a gift from my mother, a family heirloom, in return for an 11gram lump of gold! Be aware of these people, their workmanship is really poor and they will rip you off!!!!
