Mr Ryan Mohan from Mr Price send me a mail on 25 February 2026 and said should I require a cash refund I must provide them with a banking confirmation letter which I did and requested Mr Price to send me a proof of payment. I have not received any payment from Mr Price nor a proof of payment. This is the service that you receive from a Customer Support Representative
I ordered a couch on 29 January 2026 from Mooi River Mall in Potchefstroom for my daughter which is a student. They confirmed that it will be delivered on 9 February 2026. No delivery was done and now I am informed it will take 6-8 weeks. I would never have bought it if I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks and now Mr Price informs me they can do nothing about it. I made several calls to their call center and send mails to their customer care, but nobody is prepared to assist
