After some challenges with electrical rewiring, commitment has been given by the company to continue with my installation from 2024/01/30. Further reviews will be made as installation progresses.

I have found my experience with this company to be absolutely dismal. After arranging for a solar installation to be made and having paid the required deposit early November 2023. The installation was started with 4 panels and one controller switch on 21 November where all worked was ceased due to an unfortunate accident. It turned out that additional rewiring had to be done, which the company indicated could be done simultaneously. A deposit was also made for the rewiring. Since the time of the accident up to current date (2024/01/03) there have been promises made to make good on the agreement, however the company has still not delivered on promises made. Numerous calls were declined with promissory of return calls that would be made (This was seldom fulfilled). To date 2024/01/03. I still do not have an installed solution with the latest promise being that the installation would be completed between the period 2024/01/04 - 2024/01/07. I have not been able to obtain confirmation having tried to contact and what-app the company numerous times during the course of today (2024/01/03). As solar is a costly project which requires a large deposit (which I have not seen any benefit from yet) I would recommend using an unreliable.
