This company is owned by Rendel Rajanah. He was paid R250 000.00 in March 2022 for solar installation. He failed to provide me the service neither did he supply me with any of the supplies. He refunded me only R100 000.00. Since then he has been avoiding me and changing his locations. He is currently owing me a R150 000.00 plus interest . He also uses the company name KZN Solartech. A police case has been opened against him but he does not seem to care. He makes promises over the phone but it is now almost 2 years and he has not refunded my money. I am a single parent currently unemployed due to health reasons and this person has put me into debt. I had taken the funds out of my bond account. I am still paying this debt while he is living his best life with no conscience...please be wary of this individual.

Telkom complaint
I am very disappointed with Telkom as I have taken 2 mobile contracts with them in January 2022 and it almost the middle of March but my contract has been blocked for almost 3 months because when the upgrade was done I was charged for subscriptions for the amount of R2000 which was no fault of mine as I have spend limits on all of my contracts to control my debit order amounts so that I am not in debt financially. Through telkoms gross negligence of sorting out my query for the past 2 and a half months I have lost all benefits of my new contract so it's not really worth taking out mobile contracts with Telkom. Their call center is also highly inefficient as they merely want to update your details and when it comes time to listening to your query you are somehow disconnected. Having gone through 4 call agents and getting no help at all I was forced to make this review The store agent at Kwadukuza mall is still telling he is trying to sort my query but has failed .My phone lines have been disconnected but my account has been paid.
