I really am disappointed in the service I received, mainly the time inconvenience I have suffered and airtime used to call Perfect-dealz chasing follow ups on order #PD6508 that I made on 08/01. I intially called Perfect-dealz on Monday 21/01 to inquire about why I had not recieved my order and was told that they would get back to me as soon as they found out what was causing the delay: They never got back to me. I called in on Wednesday 23/01 was told the delay was on the supplier’s side and was promised that I would receive my order by Friday 25/01. I called in Friday 25/01 late afternoon to inquire about the delivery, only to be told by a lady that I was being refunded and that I should have already received an email informing that. I asked her how long would my refund take to reflect and she said I expect it to by Mon 28/01 and that they just needed my banking details. I never received any email so I just sent them one instead and included my banking details in it. I called in yesterday to confirm whether my email was received and I was again told told that they would get back to me. To date I haven’t received my refund and again no one from Perfect-dealz has gotten back to me.
