Bought software from Digital Software online within minutes after payment received the download link, one of the IT technicians did the installation for me using AnyDesk, my IT ability was nowhere near to do the installation, so, Kenneth made sure the software worked 100%, brilliant service from Kenneth and Digital Software, thanks Kenneth

Ordered a system from the supplier, after enquiring from them if they have stock they affirm all in stock, the sales person was hot on me to transfer the money "so that he can despatch asap" 6 days later goods arrived, Electrician (fully qualified solar system installer),installed the system, I experience the fans on the inverter almost never stopped, and the on screen monitor of the inverter did not show my solar panel, Unfortunately the electrician that installed the system was busy with a large solar system installation in the DRC and could not get hold of him I WhatsApp the salesman, he rep**** that a technician will call me asap, week later never any communication from the tech or the salesman, when I send another WhatsApp to find out if the technician was going to call, I receive a WhatsApp from the salesman notifying a long list of the terms and conditions and that I must send pictures of the installation with the legal documents of the electrician so that he can firstly confirm that the system was installed by a qualified installer, I n the meantime another company salesman told me why the solar panel was not showing on the inverter screen, and the problem was sorted via phone, and I subsequently ordered 4 more panels as that was the reason for the panel not showing in display, fan Noice he explained to me why that is. here is my problem with that loadshedding essentials they are only interested in the sale, then if any "hick ups", they run to the terms and conditions, before even trying to assist what could and was a minor hick up, thanks for unsupportive service loadshedding essentials.
