Good Day We are using Mweb internet and fibre services at our home and have been requesting a change from a private line to a business line, since October 2024. We also urgently need to change the OTP notification number as my husband's number has changed and we cannot access our online profile or contact customer care as it requires an OTP from the old number. My husband has been on the phone with Mweb for the last 55 minutes, redirected to the fifth department, when the call is dropped he has to phone back and the last department was answered by a rude person asking again to redirect the call. We have sent two emails regarding the request and change of details, no response. This is disgusting service from Mweb, if our matter is not dealth with today, we will be moving to another provider!
Perfect Touch Decking - they were hired to replace composite decking upstairs and install a wooden teak deck around the new swimming pool. They came highly recommended, and the terrible after service and workmanship on the job was to say the least disgusting. They were given three opportunities to fix the job (spanning over a 3 months period) and all three times, the installers were left unsupervised, the job was extremely untidy and the last time they came to sort it out, they left without fixing everything that was shown to them. The owner of the Perfect Touch Decking has now blocked our calls and is refusing to come sort out his mess!
<p>My mother had 2 top-up contracts which she let me and my husband pay for. Since she passed away we have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel these contracts, we have been into the store three times with the paperwork, death certificates, reference numbers from previous times, and each month the debit order keeps on going off and the contracts are still not cancelled. After going into the MTN Vryheid store about two weeks ago and resubmitting the cancellation documentation, we were told after enquiring how the process is going, that I need to contact MTN 808 to cancel the contracts!! Well, I have been holding for cancellations department for over an hour now (still holding at the moment), they are obviously so busy that no one is taking calls?? PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME TO CANCEL THESE CONTRACTS!!!!!</p>
