We flew from Sa to New Zealand with a connecting flight to Dubai. The bassinet service is non existing. They have every excuse why the baby cannot fit because they only offer an extremely small bassinet unlike other airlines we have traveled with. Being five months pregnant and traveling 17 hours and then another 8 hours with an infant on your lap is no joke. Would we have known this, we would have booked another seat for our 1 year old. The cabin staff was extremely rude and just said it is against safety policy without actually measuring the baby. Our infant was definitely within the limits of 76cm and 11kg but the staff refused the bassinet. No other solution was offered. The cabin staff obviously is not trained and need to learn manners to say the least. My husband had to remind one of the ladies that we are paying customers. I'm shocked by the way some of these staff members approach their customers. Entitled and rude! Not recommended to fly Emirates with an infant or small children! In fact, not recommend at all no matter your situation. Better airline services available which we will be using in future. Never again
All my pets are on Oneplan. I can't recommend them enough.
I joined the planet fitness in Olympus a year ago. It has been one disastrous experience. My first installments went off without my vitality benefit linked to my account even after ensuring this was done when I applied. The gym has no air cons. The service is utterly poor. Rude customer service when phoning to cancel after a year wasted cause it is impossible to gym with the high volumes of people and no air cons... Impossible to get my membership cancelled. Once it was cancelled the full amount of R899 went off again twice. What must one do to never hear from this company again??
This courier company is a disgrace, should receive zero stars! Should be closed down!!! Full of lies after phoning more than 20 times the parcel was FINALLY delivered after more than a week of waiting each day, tracking is useless. Saying parcel could not be delivered, or unsuccessful delivery even though I was home every day waiting for the parcel, then cancelled the delivery! Call center also full of lies saying they will phone the driver, no feedback after numerous calls. This courier company is a NO SHOW. Will never use them again and make sure my peers know about their useless service.
Since my cat was already at Dotsure i decided to move my French bulldog to them as well since dotsure advice me that I would then get discount since both pets were on the policy. My dog was on Oneplan since he was a puppy. This probably was the worst decision I made in a century... What a nightmare. I spesifically asked for the same cover as he had on Oneplan. On 3 August he hurt his neck while playing outside and had to be rushed to the vet. The next day he was once again treated and given pain medication for about a week I tried conservative treatment. A week later he was in excruciating pain and had to be hospitalized on a Sunday evening. The vet had no choice but to do an MRI scan and keep him under sedation. The next morning I was informed that he needed emergency surgery and had a disc rupture (This can happen to a y dog, even a human can slip a disc). When contacting Dotsure. The very rude sales lady said they "were probably not going to pay out anything cause it was a herridity condition ". I was shocked by such a bold statement. My dog is 4 years old, healthy and never had any issues. After submitting all the claims (4) over two weeks of vet visits, scans as well as the op, Dotsure only covered 25% of my R32000 bill. This in my opinion is the worst cover you could sign up for your pets. Rather use Medipet or Oneplan. They don't have all sorts of excuses and sub limits when you need them. Dotsure likes paying out the quick vet visit it R700 bill. They DO NOT pay out for claims where a dog had to have an operation or anything major. Watch out for their false advertising and don't fall for it like I did!
