If only there was a rating lower than 1. I have ordered stationary from CNA online on the 21/12/2022 and the collection date was on the 03/01/2023. To my surprise my order got "lost" and I was not even notified about it, if I had not enquired I would've waited for stationary that was never going to arrive. Fine and well the order was cancelled and I was meant to be reimbursed after seven days. It is now the 25/01/2023 and I am yet to receive my money. I have never experienced such horrible service. I want my money and by the looks of things I might not get it as the acting CEO SKYPE is constantly following up with no feedback. Word of advice "DO NOT ORDER FROM CNA ONLINE"
