***** alert....i ordered shoes from them in ZAR but had to pay in Euros??? The complaint screen on this site goes blank. The courier guy HARPER has a **** e-mail as well as the so-called customer service. The tracker guy added a **** date of delivery, no courier name, no waybill nr. They sent a link but the "site can't be reached" I WANT MY MONEY BACK! The courier guy could be the "Boss".
Just when I gave up hope, I spoke to a supervisor, Carl at the call center regarding fault 29CTK280216. He did not only investigate my issue, but he phoned me back the following day confirming that a technician will come out the same day - this is now after weeks of constant follow up. Thanks Carl, Telkom needs more people like you
