BAD Serverice

The service has been really bad. We got a quotation, the guys came to re take the measurements and we paid the deposit. 2 Working days later they informed us about a extra shelving for the glass to be stable at R500 we said it fine install and we will pay the balance as the deposit was paid already of more than R2000. We then got told it fine and a week later got told no we first have to pay the extra R500 for the shelving. On excepting the first quote we also got told 3-5 working days after the deposit was paid we got told 7-14 working days. We asked for the repayment of the money. From day 1 nobody had the same story and when we phoned we were very rudely told doesn't matter what who says we must reed the fine print. It has been 3 weeks no glass and no money. When you phone them they don't have answers and management is not in.
