Well, thanks to Ooba dragging their feet we lost the house we were applying for a home loan for. I am incredibly disappointed with the service we received, especially since they're supposedly so efficient and successful in getting home loans for their clients. Don't use them.
<p>I have yet to have a bad experience at my local PnP. Today a staff member went above and beyond to help me, walking around the shop with me, pushing a trolley so I didn't have to carry a basket. I walk on crutches, so this was a huge help! The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful but this was just the cherry on top. Thanks, guys!</p>
Very rude staff. How do you know who you are talking to on the phone, or that you can laugh at them? And then you can't be assed to pay attention to the person on the other end of the line or follow proper phone call etiquette. Consider my business taken elsewhere.
Don't expect us to pay our bills! After a technician FINALLY came out our phone and internet are down completely! Shocking service over the last TEN YEARS trying to get our phone line sorted out - noisy line, then intermittent internet, then NO phone line and now NO internet. Telkom apparently doesn't give a rat's backside as long as we are paying our bills for SOMETHING WE DON'T EVEN HAVE! This service is absolutely shocking and that any company can be this useless is beyond my comprehension. WTF ARE YOU DOING, TELKOM?
