Temu uses Buffalo Logistics - therefore stay away!
Dealing with their courier Buffalo logistics is a nightmare. They claim they cannot find my place to make the delivery...and now want me to pay more to attempt again. This after the driver calls to ask for directions, tells me it is "too far" when I do, and then I don't hear from him again....utterly unacceptable and *********. I won't be doing business with Temu again.

Poor service and empty promises.
Very poor service and empty promises. Gerhard made big claims and promises and never came through despite repeated follow ups. I will not deal with this business again.

Cannot cancel domain subscription - they keep billing me!
I have tried cancelling the domain I purchased from Dimension Data for several years now. Each year they continued to bill me. I submitted everything I could think of AND paid the accumulated account in full last year despite my previous requests to cancel, and I have just received another account for this year!!!!! This company is either unscrupulous or incompetent. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DIMENSION DATA!!!
