This internet provider’s wifi is absolutely ridiculous. I have a 10meg line and most days I cannot even retrieve / download an email. The last week or two our devices did not even pick up the wifi, and it rarely picks up in our bedroom. We live in an apartment which makes the distance from / to the router not far at all (if this is how devices connect - I am not sure). We also have to restart the router numerous times throughout the day. I emailed the support center on 13 June explaining my problem and again on 17 June. I still have not received any feedback or help. This is unacceptable seeing that we pay for their service but we don’t receive anything. I am extremely unhappy with their service.
