<p>Flew CT-JHB OR Tambo Thursday evening 6th July. Booked via Kulula and they split the flight provider to return BA4604 arrived on time for check in stood in Kalimantan que to get to the front and be told I must go further down to the only lady in that area, supposedly BA only, oh and by the way the check in has closed now. Go to the lady who indicated I can’t have two pieces of check in luggage even though my total weight was 12.2 kg and I’m allowed 20kg I had to pay a penalty if R385 Rand. Was allowed to travel to CT this way but now a different carrier I cannot do so. Pay the penalty and then get told to take my two pieces to a big four named oversized and fragile parcels, I do this and am the last to board the flight now because of this delay rebthe two pieces of luggage. I sit down and take a oucture of the half empty plane thinking right so my two pieces of lugguage was truly not the issue. Shame in you BA and shame on your staff for not using their grey matter to solve but rather to test my EQ. So I sit in my seat 25D and begin reading the in flight magazine. Plane is bout to take off so we are asked to use the reading lights above us. I reach for mine and it does not work. Shame on you BA where’s my refund for your system failures inconvenience and blatant disregard for the customer. Shocking</p>
<p>Recently found my component that i searched for on google and the local supplier in Midrand; Essentra Compnents. Called in to check stock available as i needed 10 off. They had 9 but this also means a higher price to me. I agreed to take all 9 but they could not sell them to me bacause my order was under R400.00. Could not direct me to a supplier that could help me either. They have low stock and dont want to see to me because my order is under R400.00 and i would collect. All reasosn on how not to do business. Manager never available to take my call even after calling back when i was told to do so.</p>
