I joined Affinity dental - took the platinum plan. Been struggling for months with my wisdom tooth. My dentist said it should be removed in the theater. But Affinity doesn't cover that. So I told my dentist they only cover it in the dentist chair. So he said if it got more bother sim then he'll do it with gas. Few months later it did get worse. Made an appointment, went to see him. But he decide just there to do the removal. I wasn't even aware that was his plan as the assistant said something like this requires more then an hour appointment and mine was just 30min. If I knew that I would have had my hubby with me, but he didn't use gas. And now I got the invoice from the dentist saying Affinity rejected that claim as the dentist need to get authorization. This isn't fair. As customer care plays the same tune.
bought a whirlpool top loader from metro lifestyle boksburg in May 2022.. Cant find the original invoice, but did find the dispatch note from the company with all the info of that invoice on it. The shop closed down so I cant get the original from that store and whirlpool still doesn't want to help me. I mean everything they need is on the note but just because it says dispatch note and not invoice they don't want to help!
Hisense customer service is a load of ****!!! I emailed them on the 28th of July regarding my tv that needs a firmware upgrade for dstv as the tv says its up to date.. They asked for all the info about the tv and said they will send it to the relevant department(that was on the 1st of August). This morning I phoned the customer care line to find out whats going on and the lady couldn't give me an answer just said she'll email the correct department and state they need to contact me as soon as possible.. Its afternoom now and still no communication from them!!Well being a customer from 2017 and this is the first time I phone them for assistance and getting terrible service like this have convinced me to buy other brands from now on...
went to netcare linmed hospital in March 2023, I only saw the triange nurse that just took my vitals and that was it. I didnt see a doctor as my medical aid said I didnt fit the criteria too be able to see the hospital doctor and I can wait till the next day to see a normal gp.. But this is the thing I waited nearly an hour at netcare to see the nurse and now get charged R120 for it!!
<p>In March 2016 my husband decided to surprise me with a new phone on contract. It took 2 weeks for the delivery of the phone. And waited about a week for the sim to be registered on the network, we phoned them and they said it'll take a few more working days. So we waited and still nothing after that so we decided we'll cancel that contract. They had a few excuses but finaly accepted it. And said they'll send the courier company to come and fetch the phone. The courier did collect it and they are still debting the money of my husbands account every month! He phoned them countless of times and still this isn't resolved! Had enough of them! </p>
