Excellent service from Thamsanqa and Vuyiswa Cele who is a senior consultant. Both were very patient, kind and able to assist me in reviewing my car insurance. And both were very friendly! I'm a happy MiWay client even in 2022. Thanks Thamsanqa and Vuyiswa!

Great customer service!
The customer care service I recieved from Dada-Mila's Footwear has been amazing. I got my refund back in just 2days after I was not satisfied with the quality of their product. Keep it up and now I can absolutely recommend this shoe company by the way it treated me!!! Keep it up Dada!!!

Beware of Mila Footwear South Africa online!!!
I am utterly disappointed about the quality of the shoes that I got from this company. It's below par from the online Advert to the real thing.. This is fraudulent. I can't even wear the shoes as the left do not match the right foot size!!!

Service excellence !
I wanted a review of my car insurance premiums and sent them a call back and, within 5minutes a consultant Vuyiswa Cele called back and she was so helpful and on point! I am now going to pay 40% less on my car insurance because Vuyiswa did it Mi Way!!! I am so happy here..thank you Vuyiswa and Mi Way ..
