Johnny responded to my complaint about bad service I experienced at his store. My husband placed an order online and asked me to collect it from the store. The expected time for the order to be prepared was 15min. When I arrived at the store after the 15min, and paid for the order the status screen in store displayed that the order was ready, yet the Domino's staff member says to me it is still in the oven. I sit down to wait for the order and there is but one other person waiting for their food. 15min later I am still waiting. The staff have looked at me with blank stares as if they do not know why I am there, yet no-one thought to ask while the order has been ready and standing there for some time. If I had not gotten up to ask the girl who took my payment how much longer it will be, I would probably still be waiting there now.<br> <br> What pathetic service!!!
Went to Seelan restaurant for family breakfast. The service was atrocious. The server looked as though each request was way too much effort for him to do. An item which is advertised as part of the meal, they have stopped serving \long ago"but there is no replacement for it so you pay for it but just dont get it. 4 tables occupied and we still waited almost an hour for our food which was not at all the quality expected from a tourist attraction like the V&A."""
