Aimed at Woolworths Dash! It's the most pathetic service I've ever come across from a company I support regularly. My order comes 2 hours late which was ok. It come here with some of the products broken, that's ok too. What was the final straw for me was calling 3 times and hanging on for almost 15min each time with no-one picking up. Sent an email, no-one has responded. I'm sitting with broken products that I had paid for and their ****py app has no return option on the app. I havent received service yet because up to now, no-one has picked up or responded. I'm disgusted and frustrated! Never ever again using this app. You've lost yet another customer!
On Saturday, 05.09.2015, i received an sms that R2371.85 and R79.28 was being debited from my account. Online thieves (hackers) taking my details and stealing my money!<br> <br> I called the Fraud line and a guy by the name of Lebo immediately responded and took action and guided me and explained the process step by step. My card was immediately blocked and i had to complete documents which i could only complete the Monday. On that same Monday (07.09.2015), all my money was transferred back into my account and the problem was solved. <br> <br> The reason this is such a huge compliment is because i moved over to FNB because i heard great things about them and left the \other bank". I have a friend working for the \""other\"" bank and he said under no circumstances should the bank be held liable for money being stolen out of your account. My thoughts are that I open a bank account"
R99 is being deducted from my fathers bank account with no authorization given to whomever these people are!!!<br> <br> THIS IS ILLEGAL and something needs to get done about these scams!<br> <br> I am trying to call 0861100141 to cancel this deduction - no-one picks up!
