I've been having trouble logging into my CSD account... I Googled a WhatsApp contact for CSD. I then continued to liase with this gentleman who seemed very legit & keen to help me. I have paid him into his Capitec account since Mid December he refuses to answer my WhatsApp'S & calls The only reason I used that contact which I found on Google was coz I numerously tried CSD offices with no pick-up. I see now after payment was made to this gentleman, he is a ****mers hence the reason for this review. #staYwoke people
NETWORK / RECEPTION IS PATHETIC!!! This carrier is yeT the woRst eveR from customer services to product Quality really annoYed now I bought unlimited VC bundles for R55 for 7 daYs, I am on my 2nd daY now... I looked at my options & assumed all where for ANY NETWORK while making my choice. I choose VODACOM to VODACOM instead by mistake... I call Vodacom & obviously they could not help me. L... Even if they could open-up all networks & give me half of the minutes I purchased instead I'D BE SO Grateful. I can not hear oR impossible to make calls to the Vodacom no. That I'm dailing there's just NO RECEPTION if I get through I can barely hear the person talk & it cuts off after every few mins. I've been trying this for over an hour now. Still NO JOY WITH THIS NETWORK GOSH I WISH I COULD GET MY PURCHASE FOR ALL NETWORKS INSTEAD! I WOULD BE GLAD
The agent that called me was very knowledgeable & helpful BUT I WILL NOT BE UPGRADING WITH VODACOM IN THE FUTURE & I WILL BE POTING MY NO. Imagine... I can not use the airtime in subscription to buy data... Something that I am paYing for
Vodacom has disconnected my line according to them my account for March was not paid but they disconnect me 3 daYs ago in August 🙄😡I sent bank statements as proof to show them it was paid & I am NOT in arrears. These ppl aRe e-mailing me back & forth refusing to damN unlock my line saYing I owe them 1 installment THIS IS BULL I have a business to run I NEED MY DAMN LINE UNLOCKED!!! They have done this on 3 different occasions, eXact same drama 😡 Vodacom blocks my line & i can not even call customer care!!!
I purchased the Derm Opal Blemish Cream & Derm Opal Moisturizing Sunscreen. I used it the very same night after washing & toning my face as I usually do, I then app**** the Derm Opal Blemish Cream. The next morning after showering, cleansing & toning my face I app**** your Derm Opal Moisturizing Sunscreen. I notice lots ****les, my face flared-up with ****les. Today is the 2nd day, my face is terribly soRe & feels very sensitive, the ****les that came up are painful & itchy!!! I can not even apply anything on my face because it's so painful & swollen!!! I have a paid & planned function to attend to in 2 weeks!!! Look @my FACE!!! Really my face has like blisters popped-up overnight! I AM TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PRODUCT! SINCE I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE... I DID INFORM YOU GUYS THAT I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE & THIS MESSAGE ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS INCLUDING HELO PETER!!! I have all the pics of what this product did to my face in only 1 use

My line has been suspended for 2 weeks, 3 payments were done the exact same way, vodacom picks & chooses which payments to consider, I have been sending endless emails & proof of payments, still I'm disconnected!!! Every other call I make to accounts department, they respond to me telling me I have to pay more... In total for March I have paid R800 for my monthly contract which is R314 or R391 depending on my top-up. Really this network is pathetic. Calls may be recorded according to them! I am due for an upgrade next month, my contract also comes to an end! Never will I upgrade with VODACOM again. I will port my no. Back to MTN!!!
I just want my account opened up! 48hrs has flippen passed! I deposited the amount owing incl. Reconnection on Monday 02/02/15 @ 09:00 today is Wednesday afternoon 15:40 and I have been rebooting my phone eversince I settled my account! We as customers will not choose to understand when its \a problem with ur system"when we owe Autopage money"
