Bad Product and Service

We had our roof repaired with them in July 2013, in April 2014 before the 12 month warranty was up the roof started to leak again, we called Darren and he was unhelpful and dismissive and advised us to call back when the ceiling started showing damage. We thought this was a bad response. When we called him back in February 2015 to advise him that the leak had now gotten worse he refused to help as the warranty had now expired. We reminded him that we had called before the 12 month period but to no avail. I have now asked him 3 times to send me a copy of the warranty and he has ignored my requests. The bill was for R45,000 and the roof didn't even last 12 months, this is bad workmanship, product and after sales service.
