Poor management and poor customer service
Woolworths doesn’t have legit email and Watsap I made an order and the dry address was wrong, i immediately emailed and Watsap and call twice to change it but none was done, today I was called by the courier guy who is in Gauteng and I am in Limpopo, disgusting though. Poor management and poor customer service

Mazda South Africa are dismally failing to supply customers with parts, my car was involved in an accident on 14th April until today , they can change an estimated date from 2 nd of November to 28th of November, this is simply a don’t care attitude, I have been renting a car ever since which means paying 2 cars at a go, expensive for me though, now I respect the views of a stranger saying Mazda has no guarantee, he can’t buy these cars. I bought it 3 times without being involved in accidents. When you are involved in accident at MAZDA you are on your own. What a lesson, please free advice, don’t go to Mazda

Harassment buy identity debt collectors
I came here & complain about identity calling me for no reason rather than harassing me for their customer they couldn’t find, I have never bought anything from this shop, their calls are not stopping and when I pick they drop, one spoiled child is enjoying this, but now you stop or if you call me by tomorrow, TWITTER will rescue me, I don’t deserve this, I owe them nothing, let’s meet on Twitter, i screenshot & recorded every conversation

Bad profiling
They harass ppl if they don’t get their customers who are not paying their installments, i adviced them that I don’t know the person they want, but still they call me 10 times a day and send their sms like I owe them, can’t they review their customers profiles

We made an order online on 21/05/2020, till today we haven’t received it,no customer care service contacts to arrange for refund.
