We recently had our year-end weekend booked at Kokoriba Wildsreservaat, but to our dismay, we received a call today stating that we, as bikers, are not welcome. This is absolutely unbelievable and discriminatory. Our group is made up of families who are a part of the biking community. We are not some rowdy gang; we are people who contribute to our communities and probably do more for others than the average person. We were looking forward to a relaxing weekend away with our loved ones, but Kokoriba's prejudiced policy has ruined our plans. It's disheartening to be judged and turned away based on a stereotype. We are responsible, law-abiding citizens, and to be told we're "not welcome" because we ride motorcycles is simply unacceptable. This kind of prejudice has no place in the hospitality industry. We would not recommend Kokoriba Wildsreservaat to anyone who values respect and fair treatment.
on the 30th of Jan When our car broke down on N12 Sundra offramp on our way to a weekend away, we were standing on a dangerous place and i immediately informed the insurance, i had a querie about the rental vehicle and not 1 of the 4 people i spoke to could assist me m they kept transferring me to diff dept. after all the back and forth only to find out that my claim hadnt been registered on the system yet? then i had to call back again, because i was rudely cut off! they said they would send a tow in service from benoni, and would be approx 1 hour. benoni was less than 40km away! the tow in service called and sad well have to wait at least 2 hours as they werent sure exactly where we are. then i was told that they'll be taking us to benoni!!! how do they suppose i get home? anyway, on Monday i called in to cancel an insurance which could t help me, and still they deducted the feb premium! when i called to get reimbursed i was told that the system reflects that Feb premium wasn't deducted, but my bank statement proves it! went to bank they said they cant reverse! i wanted my money back. i will not recommend the use of virseker, also strongly to those driving to work and back.
