I have tried to book room at the hotel via emails for 2 days, have sent numerous emails, simply no reply at all, though emails have been delivered. Called the hotel just to find out that nobody is available at reservations and they will reply to me.. which is not happening. The person answering the phones has no customer skills and simply just doesn't care. Phone call took place on Friday, 27 Nov @ 11h15. If your hotel is not interested in potential guests, just say so, better service can be found.
Discovery introduced new department to order chronic medication obliviously to remind us that in South Africa nothing is easy. You have now to order your chronic meds on line or via phone and each time give them your credit card details. I have placed orders before and to be honest it is time consuming, but today I could not order since they cannot process my credit card, though there is nothing is wrong with my credit card!! For that reason my options are: go and search for the pharmacy that is contracted to them - a mission OR go anywhere and just pay more. Can anyone answer me how is this supposed to be a service?????<br> Please those responsible for this another useless department reply to me!!!<br> Angelica Gorbunova
Have bank account with FNB, smart device was added to it. I have recently went under debt review and working with a consultant that has informed everybody regarding my matters. I have personally informed FNB numerously via email and phone regarding my situation and asked them to advise me on how smart device payments can be done. They cannot help you until a few debit orders balance, so they can charge you for it. There is no way you can cancel debit order on line or verbally, you cannot pay this department either. In other words once they have got you signed, the rest does not bother them at all. How does it make sense that a person trying to settle the amount, advising on the account being frozen, and they still debit order your account and refuse to take any information in regarding cancellation of debit orders. Not first time FNB showed that they do not care at all and once they sign you up - you are on your own and they just make money out of decency.<br>
