If I could find a minus rating, that is what I wouldve selected. I am almost cleared all debt on my name as I am left with my final account. Eugene who is an associate of this business has reached out using his personal Whatsapp to contact me. He further provided information which was not true, he said that my name would be cleared and still continue to pay the same monthly installments. According to the service provider they have reached out to me and confirmed this is not true. I contacted Eugene/SHD for assistance to cancel, however they said the debit order is already in progress. Then as nobody plans for unforeseen circumstances, I had a car breakdown. As the money already went off, I then asked can this please be reversed. I was told no because of Admin/Legal charges. According to my understanding they did not render me a service as I cancelled in advance before they can action my name to be cleared. I used to be addressed as Mr Naicker/Sir ect, now that they have taken my money, they cant even respond back with an apology. Please citizens of S.A if your name needs to be cleared, rather find another company or other solutions.
I have been assisted by multiple staff members who fail to get back to you on time, they escalate all queries for further resolution and 21days later still no luck. I logged a 2nd incident which their was an agreement between myself, Dc Experts & Absa, but even now no further correspondence, I noticed my statement has an incorrect figure attached, I strongly recommend that all citizens who may want to apply for debt review to please please stay away from Dc Experts. You will go through a lot of time and effort just to end up with no success. I am now in the process of getting myself off Debt Review and I can already expect poor service from them and this is just based on my past experience over the past couple of years been with them.
Absa has been debiting my account for a long time, they have taken more than they should, now I am asking for a refund or over paid amount to be moved towards my remaining balance, this is not fair to the customer where you decide what to do with MY OVER PAID AMOUNTS, nobody is able to help, they keep passing the buck to the next department. This is for my vehicle finance account.
This company takes your old parts and has no disclaimer stating that they will not return your old parts(That is regarded as theft). They are running a business of very poor service, they lack communication skills, mathematical skills, they also don't know how to perform quality workmanship on vehicles, I have sent multiple customers and 1 in specific ended up in my shoes where 2 of his vehicles had to be returned back. Do not trust them, they will eat your money and your car will continue going back for repairs. I offered a peaceful solution to resolve the matter however they speak very proud and will not say "sorry". Now I have to find another tuning company cause I am concerned they will damage my vehicle further. I spent well over R22k with them and my car is not driving well, I am so sure they will send another invoice saying something else is a problem yet when I booked my car in, it had no problems what so ever. They damaged my bumper and blamed it on heat, they have an excuse for everything but no sorry or let me see how I can help you. If you looking for a tuning company in East Rand/Edenvale try other options unless you want stress and to be taken for a ride.

However whoever is dealing with our queries which will be coming from multiple avenues and entities as I we worked hard for our money and trusted your bank to protect our monies for any unauthorized transactions, but rather Capitec accuses the customers without factual evidence. Surely once we go legal about this and I make sure my headlines travel that only then will you be willing to budge, clearly from a risk and financial implication, as a former employee of the bank I know you need to protect your business and use the tools from T's and C's etc. But I assure you I still not stop until your bank feels my impact.
Capitec stores your money and leaves the door open for criminals to access. I am saddened by the response where Capitec showed no professionalism. The staff who dealt with my query was also just as thick as a brick. Nobody has a clue on how the fraudster accessed our bank account. I am in the process of having all our Capitec accounts closed and moved over to a more suitable bank. I am aware of financial implications that we have all suffered through this pandemic and more that has happened, I simply ask for at least half of our monies to be refunded due to the poor security measures. I did make a commitment to Capitec that if they will not resolve this, I promise to start gearing up with News24, followed onto other platforms to expose the level of service received and how you treat your loyal customers.
Good day, Feedback from my Fiancé, I am poorly disappointed in the feedback from Capitec, I expected a specialist/someone who knows their stuff... I was saddened to be told I must contact the banking ombudsman as Capitec doesn't know how the App was hacked. The designated official made it so difficult for us to have proper conversation as it turned into rage with poor satisfactory of a resolution. Once again I made a commitment that should Capitec not refund me for my monies which I did not authorize due to your poor security measures, I will go out of my way to ensure that I expose my level of experience to the media cause this is the treatment I received from Capitec. I have now reported the matter to the banking Ombudsman, following by Monday 12/07/2021 I will start reaching out to my media contacts to ensure consumers are aware of the poor security measures/service levels that will be expected with Capitec. My Fiance's phone was stolen on 02/07/2021 and she blocked everything on the icloud and had the phone cleared. Note this is an Iphone12 which the criminal should have no access. On Saturday and Sunday a fraudulent transaction over her normal limit was transferred into the criminals account. Capitec security process are very poor, how could they allow access to the criminal when my Fiance gave no consent or access authority to her bank account? I am a fraud investigating officer, I have previously been employed at FNB and find Capitec to have the most poorest security measures in place. If were to be employed at your bank, you wouldnt have had the recent Case of your internal staff(money laundering) as well as I wouldve inserted a solid security infrastructure with minimal costs implicated, I am poorly disappointed as Capitec is not giving us the support as this money was saved up for our small wedding and now we lost everything. I would like an individual from a Head position up in Capitec to have a look into this as I want to take this even further to the Media as this has impacted us very deeply. Chantel who is an employee of Dc Experts, is very unprofessional. I have to wait at least 1week for a response from her. When I signed up for your services, you were calling me 1 too many times now I have to pray hard and long just to get her to contact me. She then has her own personal queries that she sends through for assistance but yet cant support me as a client. I have sent several mails and tried reaching out on different platforms yet Chantel must be a CEO that is way to busy. Perhaps this is the service to expect when signing up with this company. I suggest finding another Debt Consolidation Company as Dc Experts will not give you the service and assistance that a consumer needs.
