Avoid this "Workshop"
I don't like bad mouthing people but this K*nt Deen deserves a special review. Car stood by him for over 2 years as well as some other arrangements I had going on with him. This guy is one of the biggest skelms out there!! Not only are his charges ridiculous for parts and labour but blatant lies and excuses for 2 years!! Majority of the parts supplied were marked up too 400% in some cases and the "Labour Time" allocated was doubled up. Prices that were initially agreed upon were never honored too I would avoid this service center at all costs and do your own research on previous clients which I wish I had done before sending my cars there.

Avoid this "Workshop"

Poor Service and horrifying workmanship
This company takes your old parts and has no disclaimer stating that they will not return your old parts(That is regarded as theft). They are running a business of very poor service, they lack communication skills, mathematical skills, they also don't know how to perform quality workmanship on vehicles, I have sent multiple customers and 1 in specific ended up in my shoes where 2 of his vehicles had to be returned back. Do not trust them, they will eat your money and your car will continue going back for repairs. I offered a peaceful solution to resolve the matter however they speak very proud and will not say "sorry". Now I have to find another tuning company cause I am concerned they will damage my vehicle further. I spent well over R22k with them and my car is not driving well, I am so sure they will send another invoice saying something else is a problem yet when I booked my car in, it had no problems what so ever. They damaged my bumper and blamed it on heat, they have an excuse for everything but no sorry or let me see how I can help you. If you looking for a tuning company in East Rand/Edenvale try other options unless you want stress and to be taken for a ride.

Bad workmanship/Poor Attitude/Non existant customer service
Customer service is absolutely pathetic. No respect for the customer. Makes promises but never keeps to it. One can never get ahold of Deen but instead you're referred to the office assistant. Had my engine rebuilt as a result of a failure. 1) Oil completely leaked out of the motor due to it being too weak which could have resulted in engine damage (liqui moly). There was no apology. 2) Requested that my methanol pump line be rerun from engine to boot. Line was run too close to the exhaust which burnt the line. This was a huge risk to my life but there was not even an apology from the workshop for doing this. 3) Within the 6 months warranty period, the car started to consume a pint of oil/500km which was brought to PRP's attention. Incorrect diagnoses by Deen delayed the resolution of the matter to now 9 months post engine rebuild after which the workshop still doesn't know the issue. Stated to me that his responsibility for the matter is limited. There's only so much he can do. 4) Poor workmanship & Damage to vehicle. I always take pride in my car which is now 12 years old. Since being at PRP, the front grille of my car was broken, the bumper was not put back properly, the headlamp was recently, deeply, scratched, the exhaust was initial put back completely off center. All of which he knew nothing about. Ultimately they don't care for your vehicle and don't take pride in their work. My car was taken to them for the last 13 months which was the biggest regret I have. After an initially great sales pitch from Deen, there was no regard for me as a customer. Doesn't even answer customer calls neither does he call you back irrespective of what your problem is. They have no idea of customer service. BEWARE, IF YOU DONT WANT STRESS AND POOR WORKMANSHIP IN YOUR LIFE, STAY AWAY.

This people build me a new engine but from day one the car is smoking and using oil , the cars lifters are making a noise. I am phoning them trying to speak to Dean Toffer but all i get is he is out.The company is in Sabenza Edenvale and called PRP Performance **********
