Needed a turbo fitted to my vehicle. My car was fine before going to these guys. After collecting the car I immediately wanted to have the upgraded software installed and dyno'd . The vehicle switched off on the dyno and refused to start. A full diagnostic revealed error code ***06-2 replace ecu. There was no issue with the car before taking it to them. More than a year later, my car is still not right. I will never recommend these guys to anyone. If you value your car never hand it over to these guys even for a car wash.
I contacted Bosch via message on their website to enquire about specifications on a certain product that I intend on buying. I receive an *********** response via email from Augusto Rodrigues stating that the branch where I can purchase was Diesel Electric Rand. I called into speak to this individual and I get more dissent over the phone. Arrogance and no sense of customer courtesy. Telkom debt collectors. This is the type of attorneys that give the profession a bad name and should be disbarred from practicing. I had a data contract cancelled in 2017 but telkom continued to bill me. Out of principle I did not pay and reversed all debit orders. I have proof of cancellation both in store and through the email box for cancellations. They subsequently logged me on the bureau in 2018 which I disputed and won the case expunging the record. This company (is mistaken to be pather & pather attorneys in Durban but they are RPPLAW in Margate KZN) now lists me again for the same amount in 2018 which is illegal. I have a job offer from a company during a time when jobs are very hard to come by and being unemployed, this company has seriously affected my ability to earn a living as a result of their unlawful actions. Consumer tribunal !!!!!!
Still no resolution to my query about false advertising of value add services like email. Service staff called me about 3 days after the initial complaint and mentioned that the matter was escalated. It's now more than a week later and not even a call to indicate if it's resolved or not.
Customer service is absolutely pathetic. No respect for the customer. Makes promises but never keeps to it. One can never get ahold of Deen but instead you're referred to the office assistant. Had my engine rebuilt as a result of a failure. 1) Oil completely leaked out of the motor due to it being too weak which could have resulted in engine damage (liqui moly). There was no apology. 2) Requested that my methanol pump line be rerun from engine to boot. Line was run too close to the exhaust which burnt the line. This was a huge risk to my life but there was not even an apology from the workshop for doing this. 3) Within the 6 months warranty period, the car started to consume a pint of oil/500km which was brought to PRP's attention. Incorrect diagnoses by Deen delayed the resolution of the matter to now 9 months post engine rebuild after which the workshop still doesn't know the issue. Stated to me that his responsibility for the matter is limited. There's only so much he can do. 4) Poor workmanship & Damage to vehicle. I always take pride in my car which is now 12 years old. Since being at PRP, the front grille of my car was broken, the bumper was not put back properly, the headlamp was recently, deeply, scratched, the exhaust was initial put back completely off center. All of which he knew nothing about. Ultimately they don't care for your vehicle and don't take pride in their work. My car was taken to them for the last 13 months which was the biggest regret I have. After an initially great sales pitch from Deen, there was no regard for me as a customer. Doesn't even answer customer calls neither does he call you back irrespective of what your problem is. They have no idea of customer service. BEWARE, IF YOU DONT WANT STRESS AND POOR WORKMANSHIP IN YOUR LIFE, STAY AWAY.
Purchased a set of dining room chairs paying near 700 each for 6. The quality is absolutely shocking. They look worse after a year than the ones i replaced them with after 7 years. The padding on the chairs are lacking making you feel like you're sitting on the frame of the chair. Very disappointed because for the price paid i could have added a little more and got some good quality chairs. I will never purchase from them again. Also, always check their unbeatable process against pricecheck you will be surprise to learn that not many off their items are good deals
My reference number is RX ********** **** and my parcel has been stuck in customs for a month. For some locations it didn't move for days on end. Not even surprised, we South Africans should expect **** from government organisations. Over the putrid service levels in this country
Phoned in to Flight centre and spoke to Lungani Shabangu in Windermere, Durban for a quote to Zanzibar at the beginning of March. I was set on these dates with another agency for travel dates between 17 and 24th March. Flight centre delayed providing their quote asking me to hold on until all bookings were full. I lost my dates because of them. I then received a call from Lungani Shabangu apologizing for what had happened and ask me if a date in April will be fine. I said yes. They then provided me with a quote that they say made up for the fact that they cause my March trip to be cancelled only to learn that a comparative quote was R3k cheaper. I neg and finalised a deal with flight centre for April travel. 2 weeks later I decided to do some detailed research on Zanzibar only to learn that April is the wettest month of the year. Not wanting my holiday to be spoiled, I requested that flight centre revise the dates to May. They have indicated that it is an additional cost of R4k for 2 people. The lack of accountability on both occasions are disgraceful. Verbal apologies are fine if it doesnt cost me anything but clearly the agents should be able to tell the customer about the correct times to travel to destinations and not blindly book these for the commission. I am gutted that I have to cough out R4k extra because of someones incompetence. With Apps like the following who needs them anyway. Fraudsters!!!!! Bought a supposedly FULL LEATHER lounge suite from them back in 2008. The in between panels now show signs of joint tears and a clear difference in the material type when compared to the areas where one sits. Leather uppers. Paid for a full leather suite. Thieves!!!!
<p>Nadine of Maids4u is the contact person for this business. </p> <p>This agency provided me with 2 maids over the 3 months that the fee covers the customer for. She provided me with a maid that was not able to work after 2 weeks employ due to medical problems. She then send me a replacement whose is a foreigner whose passport had expired. The maid broke many things in my house and even shirked her responsibilities day to day. After numerous talks with the maid I decided to let her go. Nadine was contacted and basically displayed a don't care attitude toward me as a customer siting that she had provided a replacement and that she is done. Gave me a terrible attitude after promising a great service. Seems that after the 3 month period she is not interested in her customers anymore.</p> <p>Regret using this business.</p>
