I called the contact centre last week to find out when my claim can be expected. The agent informed me momentum submitted my documents to SARS and I can expect my payment no later than Tuesday 17 September 2019. I did a follow-up call today to make sure and another agent advised me they waiting on me to provide an physical address. What kind of service are you providing your clients with when agent's transfer misleading information. Train your agent's properly as they are the ones who created the expectation of my payout. The agent I last spoke to said, " we need an address and an email was sent". I have not received any email from momentum requesting a physical address in order for this process to be completed. How am I suppose to know you need a physical address? Could your agent's not follow up up with a phone call to me? Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Dear readers, I'm currently undergoing a terrible experience with this company. I have paid this company for 3 consecutive months whereby they ensured me they will pay my all my debt over a shorter period. One creditor over 6 months and the other a once off payment. They have successfully contacted my creditors I am indebted with and made these arrangements. After 3 months no payment has been made. After numerous follow-ups it always ended with " Proof of payment will be sent through or we awaiting feedback from our head office / Senior Accountant". To date, after all , no proof of payment has ever been received. I then called the creditors myself to confirm if anything was received and they confirmed that 0.00 was paid of the agreed amount. Due to the outcome of this, I requested this contract be cancelled and all my money be refunded which was initially suggested by the agent. Again, epic fail. After not refunding my money I decided to open a case of "theft under false pretenses". I had to go this route in order to get my money refunded. Thus far only quarter of the funds has been returned. Still awaiting the balance and again, empty promises not only to me but to the police of paying me by the required dates. It might seem like an easy way out however do not make the same mistake I did. Based on my experience, you make the decision if you wish to seek financial rescue or assistance from Griffin Wealth / Purewas Investments.
