What a great team with a very professional after sales service! Very helpful friendly and went beyond to satisfy their customer. I definately recommend Rhinoman due to their great after sales support!
I have been with Vodacom as a red customer for the past 4 years with a pretty expensive plan. When I requested an early cancellation from Vodacom their system was unable to generate an accurate quote and a zero amount was being sent to me. When I called their customer care line (over 7times in the period of 3weeks) they kept saying they would escalate and raise a service request and after not hearing from them for days I would call back only to find out nothing was done. We crept into the next month and now I was liable to pay for the following months invoice even though i had requested cancellation 3 weeks earlier. As a result of vodacoms system not working I am financially impacted. The customer service was pathetic and very u helpful. No escalating point of contact was given to me. Eventually a gentleman by the name of Wilson at customer care finally noticed the patern and listened to my concerns.... I am still waiting for the final early cancellation quote and it has been a month since my initial request. I find this very disappointing and unacceptable. It seems like vodacom is using delaying tactics to stop me from cancelling. I was willing to pay the full cancellation amount the whole time but they were unable to tell me how much i had to pay and kept the contract running. After trying to convince me to downgrade instead of cancel... Vodacom customer care needs to learn to LISTEN to their customers...
