*****ulent debit orders
I have recently detected Cell C debit orders on my phone text messages since I never pay attention to my bank statements, (for the past 6 years). For the past 3 - 4 weeks, I have been pursuing this case with numerous emails and phone calls related to this heinous *****ulent, atrocity. I have no idea when they started the deductions, further, I have no idea when this matter will be finalized. It is abundantly clear that the hierarchy at Cell C is as functional as a broken watch, that might only get it right twice a day. I have the greatest amount of empathy for its employees as there is absolutely no leadership or management structure to lean on or turn to for sound advice at resolving customer complaints. As a service provider, you have failed dismally and should be ashamed of charging any form of money for an absolutely useless service. I in fact have more praise and pride for the refuse collectors who do their jobs unashamedly, diligently, and respectfully, unfortunately, Cell C as a service provider is the complete 180-degree opposite, their only daily achievement is to leave you extremely flabbergasted, infuriated, and demoralized because you failed hopelessly at achieving any form of satisfaction from the simplest inquiry. Cell C you're as useless as a piano player in a marching band, there is zero hope for you unless you start focussing on proper customer care and stop lining your pockets with theft from unwitting clients, current and potential. The irony is that I am NOT even a Cell C subscriber, not now or ever, effectively each and every debit order from my bank account has therefore been *****ulent, and I absolutely insist on retribution for this heinous "mistake". Cell C you're an absolute waste of time, not sure if Trevor Noah will ever endorse this preposterous *******, waste of time business. Just back and close the shop please as you're incapable of restructuring your organization to focus on customer sattisfaction.
