Shabby workmanship, poor service
Purchased a bag from them. Bag is skew and not the same dimensions as stated on website. Received a letter stating they changed the website dimensions now because they forgot to do it. Tho I ordered a bag according to those dimensions. They just don't seem to care that the bag I received is a dud. Very unhappy and will never buy from them again. Will also twll ell every person that asks about the bag and show them the shabby work.

Safair apparently knows more than a doctor
So disappointed in Safair. I had a flight from Pe to CT today (14/09/2019) I had a bad fall and had major knee surgery on Tuesday (10/09/2019) and was only discharged yesterday afternoon. I contacted Safair before surgery to request a refund. Sent all doctors letters as proof. According to the "good" people at Safair I am capable of flying today because I was discharged. If your not in hospital the day of flight you only get 50 % back. So according to them I'm fit to fly yet an orthopedic surgeon gave them a letter stating no flying for 6 weeks. Apparently Safair knows better. I have used their services many times but sadly if this is how they treat a customer after surgery and proof thereof I will not be doing it in the future. Any company disrespecting a customer a customer so much that they will tell them they are fit to fly after major surgery should be ashamed. I am off work for 6 weeks and total bedrest for 2 weeks yet Safair deems me fit to fly !!!!!!

UPS - dreadful service, no delivery !!
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from any company. Paid a fortune to send a parcel from US to South Africa. Sent on the 2nd of May - still not received. No reply from customer services. Will never recommend them to anyone. They take the money and forget about you !!!

No more Debt in Centurion means you end up with MORE DEBT
<p>Been 2.5 years since I started paying them - they had no problem taking the R42500 I paid them and after countless emails and 100's of phone calls they poaid me back less than half the money and say sorry they can't help. They sent me back and forth to different lawyers - now after 2.5 years I find out that an Advocate said this can not be done yet they kept taking my money and left me worse off - please contact me if you had the same experience - contacting them is a waste of time - time to contact the right people and get our money back or at least see them get what is coming to them ! </p> <p>I have placed ad's in the newspapers and the more people that come forward the better - even if we don't get out money we can still see justice done. </p>
