I am beyond disgusted by the service my husband and I have received. We were told after paying the deposit that we don't earn enough for rental it has been 2 months waiting for our deposit and each time the goalposts are moved. Im going on all social media platforms to inform the world of the **** you are and lodging a complaint with the ombudsman
My car was towed on 06.06.2022 and till date 23.06.2022 receiving updates and ETA on completion has been at my initiation. The service consultant Sasha-leigh Hardy couldnt careless to assist you or even show some compassion- aloof and nonchalant. Escalating and speaking to her manager makes no difference because her attitude is just as disgusting. Seemingly Renew-It has monopolized the industry with references from Insurance companies so we are stuck with them and they know it hence they couldnt care less. If you have an option to use an alternative panel beater please make use of the alternative
I once sent customer service complaining about the quality of tinroof ice-cream. I first inboxed Woolworths on facebook and was asked to send an email to customer service which I did. on 23October I received a response apologizing to me and promising a R70 voucher which I am yet to receive. again on 17November I sent a email again complaining about the same product and a voucher that never arrived. What is the point of customer service if we are promised things with no response
