Dropdownsound is taking money from my Credit Card without authorisation. I have not signed up with them and thus have no login details. How do I cancel this?

Clover - bad milk
FOR THE 3RD TIME I bought Clover 2lt full cream milk. It turns sour long before the expiration date on the container. On Friday, 11 February 2022, I had to dispose of a 2lt with expiry date of 19 February 2022. I opened a fresh 2lt on Saturday 12 February 2022, expiry date 22 February 2022, smelled fine but when I made a white sauce it curdled? Will not buy a any Clover product again. Looking at the complaints on Hello Peter, it seems Clover does not care to comment or rectify the situation.
