I entered their Valentine competition and I was contacted by Talia Huysamen who works for the company. She send me a facebook messenger message congratulating me on being one of the winners - I chose option B which was the ladies hamper. I was requested to send my personal details size shoe etc, to her and they will send the prize via courier in time for valentines day. I was excited so I sent my details off and was very happy for a few days... until this same person sends me a message to say SORRY You didnt receive the message from Soviet page, so I wont win anything. HUH? That's it? no - sorry but perhaps we will send you some chocolates to say sorry for the mishap. I am very disappointed! I want to throw my soviet clothing and shoes away I would never support your brand again - you have no empathy for people!
I have been struggling to register mydifference.... this has been a painful experience as I enjoy shopping at woolworths but their customer service is terrible... I have been back and forth where I have not heard anything for about a month now... is this how you value your customers? Using vouchers at the store helps with saving but clearly you are not interested in fixing the problem as long as I spend money in your store. I will not be using my account anymore
After all the drama of selling this useless device to me, the device was picked up via courier. However, today they are deducting the fee... and I advised them via telephone call that they should not deduct the fee. Now I have additional penalties from my bank for returned debit order! This is utter bull****. Where else can I direct my complaint to? I want this sorted out IMMEDIATELY! People don't even accept calls from this company! They are *********** on every level!
I received a call from On Air following up on my MNET account. When I told them I don't own a decoder, they offered me DSTV strema. I have 3 smart TV's in my home so I would NEVER agree to this device. After receiving the box and connecting it to my TV, I saw that this box was useless to me. When I asked for them to fetch this box they are telling me that they will investigate to check who made the call and check if the communication was clear to me. This evening I receive a call that advises me that I was told I need to pay a subscription... subscription for what exactly? This company needs to train their staff correctly so that customers are told upfront what they are debiting their accounts for - what service am I signing up for????? This is not ending here... I want this box picked up and returned to them and I am NOT PAYING!
