On 13 December 2017 I called Cell C and upgraded my contract to a Smart Data Bundle Share 10 Gig day, 10 Gig Night Subscription for R199-00. On 18 December my pro-rata data bundle was empty, so I called Cell C @ 11h12 again. They never even upgraded my contract, I was still subscribed to my old bundle of 1 Gig data. I had to apply again - very poor service from the Upgrades Department. When I received my contract via email in January, it stated that I am subscribed to a 5 Gig day, 5 Gig Night Bundle for R199, which I paid pro rata for since 18 December 2017. I called Cell C again on the 5th of January 2018 @13h59 , enquiring about the data bundle which was incorrect. The lady said that it was a mistake on the contract and that I should it ignore it, it is 10 Gig day and night. I received my monthly billing on 6 January 2018 and the Tax Invoice stated 5 Gig day, 5 Gig Night - R199-00 Yesterday, 10 January 2018, my data ran out again and I called Cell C @ 11h37 asking about my Tax invoice and why they did not fix my subscription. Mr Tebogo Ledaba informed me that Romano helped me previously and that he will email him and ask him to call me back urgently. Nobody called back. I phoned them again @ 15h53 asking about my query and when Romano will call me back. Again nobody has called me. It is 11 January 2018 @ 12h10, and I have not heard from Cell C???
