Troublesome LoadAlot
I have been struggling with this company for the past month. I have had so many engagements and when they had to deliver, it was just excuses. First they said that the truck was broken so the delivery had to be postponed 3 days. Then the driver had to go to renew his license. Eventually I decided in conjunction with 3 of their staff to get another company to deliver my goods. After another 6 days, no one can confirm when I will get my deposit refunded.....

Hexsagon Construction Never Again
I also found Hexsagon Construction on Homeimprovements4U website. Ian, who is the sole owner of the company left a good impression with me, initially. Unfortunately, a two week project were intentionally prolonged to became a six weeks project. After empty promises of a refund, I had no choice but to go to go the legal route. The court ruled in my favor, but I am still awaiting payment and execution of the ruling. I also approached Homeimprovements4U so that I could write a review about my experience with Hexsagon, but my emails were ignored. Interesting that only positive reviews gets published for some contractors on Homeimprovements4U website. I also published a review in 2019/04 on HelloPeter, but my review was removed. If HelloPeter was concerned about their customers and based the situation of facts, and if my review was corrected to fit the required format, then there would have been less reviews published on Hexsagon, and less money lost by customers of HelloPeter.

Interesting that Homeimprovement4U only publish reviews selectively. Avoid doing business with Zasttra
I have pleaced an order (Order # 48932) with Zasttra online on August 16, 2017 and it was confirmed by an email that the item was prepared for shipment . After two months I followed-up only to find out the item was out of stock. NOTE: I had to follow-up. Needless to say, I cancelled the order on October the 16th and requested a refund per email. Five emails later and theatening Zasttra with me publishing their bad service on HelloPeter and social media was to no avail as I am still awaiting my refund from Zasttra. Today is the 28th of October and I have still not received my refund back - after it has been requested 12 days ago. Herewith an extract from one of my emails to Zasttra: "Hi S***xx, I am very disappointed and will never again buy anything from Zastra. Nor will I refer anyone to Zastra" It is up to you if you if you want to do business with Zasttra, even if their price might be less than another company. Regards
