I would not recommend you order from this company at all. I placed an order (#32447) 8 February 2024, that there website showed they had the product in stock. After not receiving my order a week later I emailed them and was told my order will only delivered between Thursday, 22 February 2024 and Thursday, 14 March 2024, as it had to be ordered from overseas. The website didnt state the product would need to be ordered. I never received my order still to date and the company has not responded to any of my emails. There customer service after receiving your money is non-existent. Don't spend your money at this company as you will never see what you have ordered.
Yesterday I had a flat tire on the M3 in Cape Town and was unable to change my tire as there was a lock on the spare wheel and I didnt have the key.<br> I called into the road side assistance at 15h30 and requested that someone be send out to assist me with a bolt cutter. I was told that someone would be there in 30-45min. It concerned me that the operator kept referring to the M5 and not the M3.<br> At 16h18 I received and SMS that SR Spares would be with me in about 75min. I was not happy as I had already been waiting since 15h30 and was rather angry that someone was only called out more than 45 min after I called. The operator called me to confirm as well. I told the operator I was not happy with the fact that someone was only appointed 45 min after my 1st call and that they had let myself as a female alone to just sit on the side of the highway. I also got Robert from SR Spares number and gave him a call at 16h30 to confirm that I was on the M3 and not the M5. He confirmed that he had only just received the call out to come help me.<br> <br> The operator did however give me a call every 15-20 min to check on me.<br> <br> SR Spares arrived at 16h45 to assist me and were finished at 17h10.
I upgraded my existing contract in April 2015 (around 20-25th) and received my new Samsung S6. On the 28th April 2015 I contacted the call centre as the phone kept switching off. They collected the phone and returned it a week later as it was not fixed. On the 13 May it was collected. <br> <br> On the 10 June 2015 I followed up on the phone as I had had not feed back and was told that I would be getting a replacement phone by Friday, 12 June 2015.<br> <br> Today, 15 June 2015, I called the call center to follow-up on why I had not received my phone yet and was informed that my upgrade had been cancelled.<br> <br> I am beyond pissed off right know. I have been a valued customer of Cell C since they started and to have this happen with out the common decency of a phone call is shocking. You have been happy debiting my account monthly and know you do this.<br> <br> This is shocking business practice and I use these phones to run a business and this is impacting on my business know
