I ordered the uncapped broadband (Futurehood) (LTE) from Telkom on 14 October, a call center agent called me on 15 October, we finalized the contract on the phone and he advised that my order WOULD BE DELIVERED in 5-7 working days after my account gets debited. My account was debited on 16 October and Im still waiting for my device. its been 14 WORKING DAYS SINCE MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED and no word from Telkom. my order ticket number is #141015-083659. Sort your service out Telkom, you can sell but you cant deliver?
