Vox has given me the worst service of ANY service provider. I am now trying to cancel a secondary account, but they make this process almost impossible. No one answering the accounts phone line, then phone cuts off. Cancellation via Vox portal is broken. WhatsApp line puts you in infinite loop where it is impossible to cancel your account. This was once a beautiful, reliable ISP that I gladly recommended to various friends. What happened? Even early 2000s Telkom was better. I am now holding for accounts as I'm typing this - 5 minutes already....
We seem to be another couple in a long line of ****s if I see all of the HelloPeter posts. Paid our deposit, was told that the furniture has been packed, but they required the full amount. Paid the balance and voila, mail stating that they are insolvent. Please stay away from these people. We are now going to make a ******** case against them.
***** So the final update in this sad saga. It has now been months without any feedback. Webuycars do not care as the deal was completed. Sad that local representatives can tarnish an otherwise very good brand. Will do the usual Hellopeter thing, and wait in vain by the telephone. **** Another update - representative contacted me 2 weeks ago and we discussed the situation. He was going to take the offer to his management and get back to me. Still nothing for 2 weeks. ***Update - only contact has been with a Client care representative. I have explained the situation, as well as my request to talk to the regional manager. Still nothing.*** **I have to edit this review unfortunately. The after-sales service has been truly **********! I would love someone from the Brackenfell management team to give me a call to sort out my outstanding license plate issues.** Very happy customer!
