I am a pensioner and I religiously pay Vodacom R1000 a month as my contract is apparently R880 per month and over and above this I buy data on pay as you go. I am receiving messages from them saying I owe R526 I phone them - you have 2 lines - WHAT! So I explain why I'm calling, you must phone migration dept. I do this. I am still no further forward and cannot pay more. Please help
I would like to say thank you to Edgars for teaming up with Checkers so that Edgars account holders can purchase groceries with their Edgars card. I am a Pensioner and to have this facility has been an enormous help and virtually saved me from starvation! So THANK YOU EDGARS
On 14 March I made a call to Edgars Customer Service to find out why my card was not working for online shopping. I was told that my card was old needed to be replaced. I told the person I was unable to go to a store to do so as I'm a pensioner with limited mobility, no money and no transport. I was then told that a person would come to my house with the necessary equipment in order to give me a new card. Today is 2 April, no one has been or called!
After my previous review I was called by the Branch Manager, Nguni, who sent 2 of her staff members to my home to sort out a new card for me, after speaking to several Customer service staff members who were adamant I had to physically go to a branch eventhough I am unable to. Thank you Nguni, Palesa and Jennifer for your time and assistance in getting this done for me
I had potential ***** on my account and subsequently my card/account was blocked. Some of the money has been returned, no explanation as to what happened BUT I cannot access my money. I am told I have to go to a branch to sort out card and I have explained to them that I am a pensioner with limited mobility, no money and no transport so I can not physically go to a branch and would need a card to be delivered to me. I had a similar issue with another bank, a solution was found and a new card was delivered to me for my new account. I need help desperately, I need access to my money
I have been trying to pay my phone bill for 4 days on the Vodapay app, only to get error messages. I tried calling Customer service, automated voice tells me to deal with Tobi via SMS. I go through the SMS steps, no joy. HELP!!!!
Vodapay offers an advance coupon whereby you buy now and pay later. I bought one last month and had problems trying to redeem but was assisted and it worked. Tried to buy one now to redeem at Debonairs, went through all the steps including the date for my card to be debited, buffered and buffered for so long I had to click off. So where is my coupon??
I erroneously placed an order that I could not afford due to the payment process going through so quickly. I had a R250 discount code so I was looking for the place to enter the code. Payment was done without me putting my ccv number in for my card. I emailed and phoned to cancel the order but the order was delivered and money taken from my account
Placed an order, driver says he's arrived, I must come to the Main Gate to pick up my order, I say come to my door, he says he will get lost, I tell him to ask Security for directions. I'm a pensioner with limited mobility and no way of getting to the Main Gate which is about 500 meters from my house. Plus the reason why I order for delivery is because it's delivered to my door. I phoned Security at the Main Gate, no, no one is here! So where is my order??? This is totally unacceptable
I have been using Uber Eats for a few months and have been enjoying it. I ordered tonight, after a while saw a brief notification that my order had been canceled, couldn't find out more. Money was taken out of my account but not returned, therefore I am unable to reorder
