Disorganised and unprofessional reception staff

I called Dr Singh's office to book an appointment.The receptionist told me that the doctor was full booked, however they will call me back in to let me know if they have any available bookings. They failed to this this. Unfortunately, I did not take done the name of the receptionist that spoke to. I called again on Monday the 22nd of June and booked an appointment for Friday 26/06/2015 at 08:30. The receptionist confirmed the time and date as well as the consultation price as I did not want to use my medical aid to pay. To my surprise and annoyance, when I arrived for my appointment it had not been booked and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She could not even assist in rescheduling another appointment. This was a great inconvenience has I had booked time off work. Dr Singh is a great dentist, however experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
