I called ur loans department and talked to the lady called kgomotso as I was requesting a settlement amount on my personal loan and prior to that I struggled for days getting through to the loans department as the call kept cutting n the agents dropped the calls,I finally managed to speak to K****tso who promised to forward me the banking details I will be paying the settlement into and till today I have not received and email.i am very irritated by this as fnb is a big bank and I was expecting a good service with my query.
I wanted to open a discovery bank account for savings and now I check my credit report and it's apearing there as an made against my name,I need clarity on this as enquiries decreases ones credit report.i am no longer interested in opening it n I want this removed under my name as I was not applying to take any credit with Discovery bank
On the 29th of April i called standard bank funeral to update my banking details as I have changed my bank I talked to the guy by the name of Stanley he took my banking details and advised that he will phone back however till today I have never received a call and my funeral plan might even lapse and I just don't understand y it is such a problem for me to get hold of the funeral department My number is 0643398179

Good morning My issue is with multichoice I have no words but I am totally disgusted by their service no one can help u effectively with that company and they always have new stuff of which it is always a resean for them not to help u or give wrong information but in general multichoice does not have any respect for their customers since fgid year started I only received the right service end of June and paid a fair amount I no I am supposed to pay n unlike other customers I am not gonna sest back n pay extra amounts for the scam multichoice is running. I spoke to siphokazi yesterday who told me they are movies under my account that were billed in error and she will escalate it n placed me on hold till my airtime ran out I baught more airtime n spoke to oaten who could find any information on my account n wanted me to explain the whole situation again n I did not have the time not even the energy to do soo I told him to get a manager to call me I am still waiting even now.. I have used plenty of my airtime on ur **** service n the energy njeee I promise this Wil be taken further I am willing to get more people that are around me that are going through the same inconsistent rates. U must pay me back for all the time and money I spend over the phone to do ur jobs. I pay for a service and expect to get what I am paying for not nonsense n excuses
How is it that last week I was not told to pay for my box office rentals and today I am told to pay a reconnection fee due to box office you people don't no how to treat customers, I have no problem with paying for my box office rentals but you the manner of which you have handled my account, I sm supposed to be working n now I am busy fighting, I need an compitent person to call me. I wish for a day were I can say one good thing about multichoice a few weeks back when one of their managers lesego called me to resolve my problem I was almost tempted to say something good but thought let me wait to c if she will deliver n of course she did not course she is one of the multichice stuff. She told me I will not pay for the mõnth of June and promised she will sent it on writing and she did nõt, and they switched off my viewing I called again on Tuesday some agents putting me on hold and others hanging up and well that's multichoice nothing new their I bet even the CEO and founders are just happy receiving our money without delivering any good services. Ok then, until on tüesday as poor me kept calling and calling desparatly hoping for one who will actually listen and yep I got her her name was fikile and she promised a manager Wil call me at 8:00 But well it net happened I received the below email the next day and my serves were then active again. I will never recommend MultiChoice to anybody, a huge company with a really bad service, we are watching the same thing over and over again, you are growing out exploiting people, till this day nobody got back to me regarding my query I was promised a call back from a team leader by one of your consultants Fikile who was useless through out the call. I ended up upgrading my subscription on the wattsap number to fix this problem which is not helpful at all as I now need to pay more than what I budgeted for this stupid service. Truly if I did not have a family I was never continue paying for this ****.
Guys ur service sucks I as a customer can't keep calling for the same issue I am using an explorer n I keep getting this error that says I an on pvr n can not access my rocordings this I hired movies that I can not watch due to this nonsense hlee I am on a call will one of ur urgent her name is fikele who is totally useless she placed me on hold to get a team leader of which even last week no team leader got back to me they are all useless pls sort this out n if those movies expire I hope I wnt pay for things I did not watch
This company placed me under debt review without my consent I told them I need to check out if it is what I need but a few days later I was under debt review I contacted them to remove me as I did not ask them to place me under debt review and that was in 2019,to my surprise as I wanted to use my rage account it was blocked becouse I am under debt review I called them today to give me a clearence letter they don't want to and no longer answering my calls the gentleman that promised me in 2019,that all this will be sorted is evericious Magaya who I have I Been trying to contact since morning and nothing from him till now.
