Hi,
I have been with vodacom for 15 years plus. I have always paid my monthly contract on time each month and never defaulted. My phone from the last upgrade is broken and keeps rebooting apparently due to the battery which is out of warranty. Now the charger part has broken from the constant recharging.

I am due for upgrade 6-Aug-2015. I see little point in buying a new phone or spending money on repairs when I can upgrade soon.

I am prepared to buy out my last 2 months of contract over and above the upgrade. Vodacom refuse as my monthly use for the last years is not over R1000?

I ask if there is anyone higher up with some common sense, logic and customer care to look into this. Check my account for the last 15 years. I have never defaulted, I have never tried to abuse the system. I will probably continue to pay on time in the future. Can someone up there please make an exception and allow me to upgrade less than 2 months early.

Please use some logic. I believe there must be a sense of customer care in the rigid system somewhere! And believing in people and their good understanding I look forward to hearing from you with options.

Regards
Helen
