I came home on a weekend and found my camp freezer not to be at temperature. I have a solar system with lithium batteries as backup, but my monitoring system stoped working due to a software glitch, so I'm not 100% sure that my power was on 100% of the time. I sent in my camp freezer via outdoor warehouse for a checkup. Although nothing was found to be defective with my unit I still feel I received excellent after sale service. The technician was helpful and well informed. Unit was shipped back to me with a complimentary service and clean. I was liable for a R400 courier fee which I feel is acceptable.
