Disgusting service. After taking the car to them three times and replacing vehicle with faulty part that they put in the first time. Took vehicle to reputable repair shop and within 5 minutes they identified the faulty part that Tyres @ More had incorrectly inserted causing damage to the part. I will never consider nor recommend them to anybody. And then they felt they had the right to insult me telephonically.
This is the report bellow written by one of your employees that was frustrated with head office whilst trying to correct a their fault, and refusing to amend the the problem they had caused, causing me to loose over R3000. It has been over 5 days to do a sim swap and i am still not on line.<br> Report:Client did a sim swap but it was not active yet the next day . Partners could not assist me so I logged a service desk ticket they just responded its pending. the next day client came in same issue sim was not active I called partners they explained there is a failure status that needs to be removed for the sim swop to go active but there is no one on the weekends who can do so. I then tried contacting client services as client wants to speak to the manager the lady there said no all is fine the sim swop is pending .I explained to her the entire story what partners said she then put me on hold for more then 15 min and then told me she will log it on the service desk again and told client Tuesday till be fixed this is another 3 days client then asked to speak to management when the line got cut off client was also not happy because the lines had cut of every 20 min and then have to restart
Whilst shopping with my kids, i put my phone in the trolley and turned away for a couple of seconds. When i turned around i saw a guy, the only guy in the isle take his hand out of my trolley. I went to security to ask that the person be apprehended. The security took the man to the room and commenced a quick search. I could see it was not done properly and i asked the security officer to detain him whilst we find someone to phone my phone which would indicate where on his body my phone was hidden. The security officer explained to me that he had done a search and was letting the man go. I asked again for him to please not let him go until we phone my phone. He insisted to let the man go.<br> <br> I went to management and they also said to security that my phone should have been phoned as i requested. Due to the incompetence of security and procedures not being followed, i now have no phone and the criminal is still at large. <br> <br> I believe that Pick n Pay should reimburse me for my phone as compensation for their lack of incompetence and procedures not being followed. I did try to help security with their job, but was ignored. i Hope security was not in on the scam.
