Their names summarizes the service standards in terms of network speed and customers service. It is a HUGE disaster. NO response from the Helpdesk and about 20-40% performance on the line. It is shocking how they get away with selling a product for the full price and not delivering it. Only possible in the ISP industry in South Africa.
I had two Fibre lines with ICTGlobe - one in Cape Town Waterfront and one in Val de Vie. The service was very poor in terms of network speed. We got usually in the region of 20-40% Network speed. Trouble Tickets got closed without resolving the matter. When we terminated the account billing continued issuing incorrect invoices and accounting never rep**** to issues. The only way to close the matter was to pay the bill despite not receiving service. An executive promissed me to get back and resolve but this did not happen. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company.
