Samsung get your house in order!

For the past one year I have been sent from Pillar to Post by Unitronics after the were unable to find my laptop that I dropped of for repairs at the Samsung Repair Centre in Canal Walk. The owner of the Samsung repair franchise made several calls and false promises to me in response to my query on my lost device. I have run out of patience. It is one year later, still no device. Disgusted.
