I have orderered a cell phone case from Bonzi. It arrived on the 26th if January conpletely shattered and of no use to me (after a 3 week wait).When i contacted them they said they dont do replacements only refunds. After some duscussion they agreed to replace the product. It is now the 10th of March. I have sent countless e mails. No product, no refund, just countless promises, that is if you are lucky enough to get any response. Pathetic customer service. Only promises, but they do not deliver. Dont let yourself be fooled by this company. Happy to take your money, but no aftersales customer care whatsoever.
