<p>We applied for a ADSL line, that took months to get installed. after it was installed, we had internet for a week (5days). this was then disconnected, after a visit to telkom shop they reconnected us, this lasted 4days, and installer showed up last week friday 12th and installed another line (4mb as apparently we are to far from the switch box) this worked for an hour. Then we got disconnected again. After another visit to telkom shop on saturday, they could not help as no one knew what was wrong. on Monday we tried again, this time they said there was an issue with the line. The same installer came through and "fixed" the line. Now it is off again. I have spent over * hours in telkom shop trying to sort this out. Also the customer care line keeps you on the phone for hours and then drops you. How can i get this resolved.</p>
Do not use Keys car hire, after dropping off the rental car, 8 january 2016, I was informed by Tebogo that she will work out how much is my deposit and refund me. Last week I was informed that my money would be paid on Friday, (this is after many calls from me,)the delay was due to another person being at a funeral. And only she does refunds, Now three weeks later after no calls and Tebogo not replying to my calls and avoiding my text msgs she has another excuse that the owner is not answering his emails or cell phone and can not tell me when I will get my money back.<br> <br> Be warned I am not the only customer that seems to be having this problem.
