Telkom, Terrible, Terrible, Telkom
Hi Telkom, How does one get hold of you? I am one of many frustrated people who are receiving monthly bills after I've cancelled my contract. Emails and phones don't get answered. I tried to register on your website but I don't receive the OTP from Telkom that is necessary to complete the registration. Another morning of my life spent fighting Telkom. God, help me, how do I get you out of my life??

One star is generous
Telcom, aka Helcom, is the company that caused me the most frustration and pain in this lifetime. I am one of many customers that are trying, unsuccessfully to cancel a contract since last year. We are still being billed. Emails and phone calls don't get answered. I drove to a service centre to be told they don't handle cancellations anymore. I was told the helpline will phone me. I am still waiting. I can't tell you how many hours I've spend on this. Telkom is trying to reposition itself in the market but unfortunately so many people had such negative experiences with this company that they will not touch it it ever again. Can they please turn this PR disaster around?

Mind blowing good service
SNYMAN & VAN DER VYVER handles our insurance claims for SANTAM and we mostly deal with Hestie. Five stars is not a high enough rating for this company. They are efficient, reliable and always one step ahead of the claims process. I am left speechless after interacting with them, thinking surely these women have cloned themselves. How do they work so fast and make you feel like you are their only client. Our failing state owened enterprises should be given to SNYMAN & VAN DER VYVER.

Excellent customer care
Capitec bank really is one of the best SA brands around. It gets so many things right. One of which is the selection and training of great employees. Last week, my domestic worker was assisted with an issue in the Kenilworth, Cape Town branch. I was blown away by the professional yet empathic way they dealt with her. They showed true customer care.This was one of many positive Capitec Bank experiences. Thank you and well done!
